BELOOT CLOTHING, operated by BELOOT CLOTHING LLC (EIN: 84-2850379), is committed to your complete satisfaction. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, we offer a straightforward, no-hassle return and refund process. Please read this policy carefully.

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order is delivered. The return window begins on the delivery date shown by the carrier's tracking system. Returns initiated after 30 days will not be accepted, unless the item arrived defective or damaged, in which case contact us regardless of the timeframe.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn — the item has not been worn beyond trying on for fit
  • Unwashed — the item has not been laundered
  • Original condition — no alterations, damage, stains, odors, or signs of use
  • Original tags still attached — all hangtags and care labels must be in place
  • Original packaging — if the item came in branded packaging (e.g., matching sets), the packaging should be returned with the item

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return and will be shipped back to you at your expense.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Gift cards or store credit

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start your return, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Return Request — [Your Order Number]"
  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return
  3. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return authorization and a prepaid return shipping label
  4. Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging or a suitable shipping box
  5. Attach the prepaid label and drop off at the nearest carrier location
  6. Keep your drop-off receipt as proof of return shipment

Return shipping is free — we provide prepaid labels for all eligible returns.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method (PayPal, credit card, etc.). You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.

Please note that while we process refunds within 5–10 business days of receiving your return, it may take an additional 2–5 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.

6. Exchanges

If you would like a different size or color, we're happy to process an exchange, subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return — email us at [email protected] with your order number, the item you'd like to exchange, and the size/color you'd prefer. We will confirm availability and process the exchange as quickly as possible. Exchange items are shipped at no additional cost to you.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damage or issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return required for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days from when we confirmed receipt of your return, please:

  1. Check your bank or PayPal account again
  2. Contact your bank or card issuer — processing times vary by institution
  3. If you've done both and still haven't received your refund, contact us at [email protected] and we'll investigate immediately

9. Cancellations

We process orders quickly — typically within 1–2 hours of placement during business hours. If you need to cancel your order, email us immediately at [email protected]. We will do our best to cancel before the order enters fulfillment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned following this Return Policy.
