Order Changes & Cancellations

Thank you for shopping with Buttah Ware Clothing. We understand that customers may sometimes need to update an order, correct shipping information, change item details, or request a cancellation after placing an order. This policy explains how order changes and cancellation requests are handled.

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. Once an order is submitted, we begin reviewing and preparing it as part of our normal order processing workflow.

Order Review Before Checkout

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before placing an order. This includes product selection, size, color, quantity, shipping address, billing information, email address, and any other information entered during checkout.

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.

Requesting an Order Change

When contacting us, please include your order number, the email address used at checkout, and a clear description of the change you are requesting.

Possible order change requests may include:

  • Correcting or updating the shipping address
  • Changing the item size or color
  • Updating the quantity of an item
  • Correcting customer contact information
  • Removing an item from an order
  • Requesting cancellation before processing begins

Changes Are Not Guaranteed

We will do our best to help with order change requests, but changes are not guaranteed. Once an order has started processing, has been packed, has been prepared for shipment, or has already shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

If we are unable to make the requested change, the order may continue to be processed and shipped according to the original order details.

Shipping Address Changes

If you entered an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, please contact us immediately. We can only update a shipping address if the order has not yet been processed, packed, or shipped.

Buttah Ware Clothing is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is shipped to the address provided at checkout and the package is returned, refused, lost, or marked as undeliverable due to incorrect customer information, additional charges may apply.

Item, Size, Color, or Quantity Changes

Requests to change the item, size, color, or quantity must be submitted as soon as possible after placing the order.

We may be unable to update item details once the order has entered processing. If a requested size, color, or item is unavailable, we may not be able to complete the requested change.

If the order has already shipped, item changes cannot be made. In that case, you may request a return after delivery according to our Return Policy.

Order Cancellation Requests

Cancellation requests must include your order number and the email address used at checkout.

We will make reasonable efforts to cancel an order if the request is received before the order begins processing. However, cancellations are not guaranteed.

When an Order Cannot Be Cancelled

An order may not be eligible for cancellation if it has already started processing, has been packed, has been handed to a shipping carrier, or has already shipped.

If cancellation is no longer possible, the order will continue to be shipped to the address provided at checkout. After delivery, you may request a return if the item is eligible under our Return Policy.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before the order is processed or shipped, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used at checkout.

After a refund is issued, your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor may require additional time to post the refund to your account. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Duplicate Orders

We will review the order status and assist where possible. If the duplicate order has already started processing or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.

Payment or Billing Errors

If you notice an error with your payment, billing details, or customer information after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

For security reasons, we may not be able to modify certain payment details after an order has been placed. In some cases, the order may need to be cancelled and placed again if cancellation is still possible.

Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has shipped, we cannot cancel the shipment or guarantee changes to the delivery address. Any delivery changes after shipment may depend on the shipping carrier and may not be available.

If your order has already shipped and you no longer want the item, you may request a return after delivery according to our Return Policy.
